3M thermally conductive adhesive transfer tape has very high mechanical strength and excellent adhesion properties, it can improve the surface wetout and good shock performance during application. It has four thickness available in 5mi,10mi, 15mil and 20mil. It has very good thermal conductivity and flexibility which is very suitable for the application of CPU Chip set and LED Heat sink. It offers a premium heat-transfer path between heat-generating components and heat sinks or other cooling devices.

Application

3M thermally conductive tape offers an excellent heat-transfer path between heat-generating devices and cooling devices (e.g., fans, heat pipes and heat sinks).It can replace with the screws to achieve the most effective thermal dissipation. We can slitting log roll into small roll for convenient usage or die cut into different shape to apply on LED Srips, CPU, battery thermal management, etc.
